Malware is short for "malicious software" it includes viruses – programs that copy themselves without your permission. Computers may be infected with malware if they: Slow down, malfunction, or display repeated error messages ,Won't shut down or restart.

If you suspect your computer is exposed to with malware , stop shopping, banking, and other online activities that involve user names, passwords, or other sensitive information.

Be care full  some online activities like clicking on pop-ups, downloading "free" games or programs,customized toolbars , “free” software can come with malware.

Always update  your security software and Once you confirm that your computer is exposed to malware , immediately scan your computer for viruses and spyware and delete the files which antivirus is detecting and restart the computer and then repeat it at least once.
